Product Information
We try to show our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Sizes and measurements are given as a guide.
Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
How Your Order Becomes a Contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We email an order confirmation to say we have received it, but the contract between us is formed when we send you a dispatch email. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Delivery and Returns

Your Legal Rights
Goods you buy from us must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You also have a right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms reduces those rights.
