Send your request
Fill in the form with your order number and the item you want to return. If an item is damaged or not as described, email us a photo of the problem at info@moulina.shop.

We review it
We review your request and reply by email with a decision.

Post it back for free
Once approved, we email you a free prepaid return label with simple packing instructions. You do not pay anything to return an item.

Get your refund
After your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund you within 7 working days, to the card or payment method you used.
Returning in store
You can also bring your order to our shop at Shop 11, Tytherington Shopping Centre, Macclesfield, Monday to Saturday between 10 AM and 5 PM. Please bring your order number or confirmation email.
